Everything this study adds on top — households, students, ridership, routes — is synthetic: statistically realistic people generated from public Census data, placed on real terrain. No student records of any kind are present, accessed, or required.
This is a demonstration of method, not an operational analysis. Its numbers illustrate what a study could compute; only district-provided data can make them real.
